I think we would all agree that we’re mostly searching for a whole, balanced, and calm state of being in this life. Rather than the elusive “pursuit of happiness” I would much rather be content in a state of wellbeing versus trying to be happy all of the time.
From this overall balanced and integrated state I feel empowered to handle anything life throws at me…or gifts me, I should say. 😉
There are eight different parts of our lives that we should examine and work towards integrating into our own, whole self.
How would you rate each area in your life?
If any of these are out of balance or suffering the whole suffers along with it.
When we do the work integrate each of these parts of our lives with the core of who we are, our personality, beliefs, desires, passion, and purpose, we can achieve that calm state of wellbeing.
If you’ve been reading from the beginning of this series, you know the work starts with Presence, Unveiling, and Navigating, over and over to rewrite your brain and its neural pathways in order to create anything new in your life.
As you get better at doing this self-healing work you become more present with yourself and you can start to recognize when something is off and move through something tough much more quickly. Days or weeks versus YEARS.
I have been working on myself, with self-coaching tools, and getting coached one-on-one for years and the quality of my life is exponentially better than it was before. Not because I suddenly won the manifestation lottery by getting married and having a baby, or quitting my job to be a stay-at-home Mom and Life Coach, my dream career. No, all of those circumstances are awesome but do not make me happy. This personal work, challenging myself, and healing all of the old wounds is what brings me back to wholeness. To my complete Natural Essence. The Emily that was born to shine a light and serve a beautiful purpose.
“How you anything is how you do everything” is a popular phrase in our coaching group and rings true for this topic. When you’re stressed out and chaotic in one area of your life it will for sure affect the others. Might as well do this work to clear out the old drama and feel at peace. Wouldn’t you rather live your life from your Natural Essence?
