This week I’m sharing my favorite quotes from the book, The PUNCH-LINE Approach, by my very own Coach and Mentor, Kim Guillory. I’m also sharing my own experience in doing this work, as each of the chapters is a step in the process to personal transformation. Enjoy!

So often when we decide to make a change in our life it’s because we believe we need to change our circumstances, the people around us, our job, our living situation. We make a decision and then go for it exclaiming “make it happen!” with a glimmer of hope in our eye, yet without taking the time to examine what’s going on in our heads and what emotions are actually fueling these actions.

The process of coming to Presence, Unveiling hidden false beliefs about yourself and the world, Navigating to rewrite your thought patterns, THEN coming to the part where you can Create on purpose is so huge when it comes to How your dreams and goals will actually manifest.

In the book, Kim lines out an amazing “C Step Solution” to help guide you:

Choose to do this practice.

Commit to follow through right now.

Cultivate by clearing space, answer questions, prepare to complete.

Continue by following through.

Coach support to help with accountability and guidance.

We keep showing up for the vision we created. For the future self we KNOW is a possibility. We keep fighting for that version of ourselves that is looking back at this moment right now.

We allow the actual How of all of it to be whatever it is without attachment and keep taking actions that support that vision.

We are always moving…are you moving in the direction of your dreams?

Or are you letting those old stories, self-doubt, low self-esteem, resentment and bitterness of how you thought it “should have been” get you off track?

Follow the first four steps and then keep taking action to get the results you desire!!

Next up, we’ll talk about the second half of the PUNCH-LINE which is all about your RESULTS!
